Volleyball Recap: Montevideo Comes Up Short

Montevideo lost against Sauk Centre back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Thunderhawks came up short against the Mainstreeters, falling 3-0. The Thunderhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Montevideo's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Sauk Centre, their win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 11-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Montevideo is set to challenge their familiar foe Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Sauk Centre will face off against rival Melrose at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
