Softball Recap: South River Takes a Loss

South River lost against Northeast back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. South River came up short against Northeast, falling 14-4. The Seahawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South River's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Northeast, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. South River will face off against rival Chesapeake at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Northeast is set to challenge their familiar foe Severna Park at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
