St. Mary's Dominican had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. Everything went their way against the St. Scholastica Doves as they made off with a 3-0 win. St. Mary's Dominican has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw St. Scholastica, too.

St. Mary's Dominican walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 26-24.

Mallie Mahoney paced St. Mary's Dominican's offense, picking up nine kills. Mahoney got some help from Molly Baker and her 28 assists. Mahoney was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

St. Mary's Dominican's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for St. Scholastica, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-2 record.

Coming up, St. Mary's Dominican will venture away from home to take on Academy of Our Lady at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Scholastica, they will welcome Northlake Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
