Basketball Recap: B O L D Comes Up Short

B O L D was the 68-67 winner over West Central Area when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The B O L D Warriors were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 70-69 to the West Central Area Knights.

B O L D lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jack Gross, who on his way to 20 points and seven assists. The game was his third in a row with at least 20 points. Another player making a difference was Hudson Vosika, who posted 11 points in addition to five assists and five steals.

B O L D's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for West Central Area, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-8.

B O L D does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Central Area, they will challenge Ashby at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
