Recap: Pickering vs. Lake Arthur
Lake Arthur won the last time they faced Pickering, and things went their way on Friday, too. Lake Arthur were fully in charge, breezing past Pickering 46-7. The success made it back-to-back wins for Lake Arthur.
Lake Arthur's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 39 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Pickering couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 39-0 heading into the break. The Lake Arthur defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the match. The matchup brought them to 2-0 and dropped Pickering to a mirror-image 0-2.
Lake Arthur looks to establish their home field advantage next week as they take on Iota at 7:00 PM. As for Pickering, they will face off against Mangham.
