Volleyball Recap: Pleasant Valley Bears vs. Pocono Mountain East Cardinals

If Pocono Mountain East wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Pleasant Valley, they should've done a better job of containing Kira Hnat. The Bears walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Cardinals on Monday thanks in part to Hnat, who had 11 digs, four aces, and two blocks.
