Softball Recap: John Marshall Falls Short Against Ranked Morgantown

John Marshall faced Morgantown in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Monarchs lost 16-1 to the Mohigans. The match marked the Monarchs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

John Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Morgantown, they pushed their record up to 6-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
