Daylan Williams helped Dotson out on the ground, rushing for 74 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries.

West Rusk's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Winona, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
Everything came up roses for West Rusk against Winona when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 55-6 win.
