Volleyball Recap: Shadow Mountain Starts Season with Win at Home + How To Watch

Shadow Mountain took care of business in their home opener on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Paradise Valley Trojans by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Matadors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

LILLIAN VARGAS went supernova, getting 16 digs, ten kills, and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was ALLY SPURLIN, who had eight digs and six aces.

After both having extra time off, Shadow Mountain and North Canyon will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paradise Valley, they will be playing at home against Sierra Linda at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
