Volleyball Recap: Norton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Norton lost against Nipmuc Regional back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lancers came up short against the Warriors, falling 3-0. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13, 25-17.

Norton's offense was headlined by Marin Watras and Catherine Reiss, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Maddie Artz and her ten assists. Watras was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Norton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Nipmuc Regional, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Norton has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Medway on the 22nd. As for Nipmuc Regional, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Wachusett Regional on the 22nd.
