Basketball Recap: Ennis Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Ennis and Lone Peak squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Ennis had to settle for second. They fell 48-40 to the Lone Peak Big Horns. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Big Horns recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Ennis' defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Lone Peak, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Ennis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lone Peak, they have already played their next matchup, a 57-48 loss against Jefferson on the 1st.
