Basketball Recap: Pacific Takes a Loss

Pacific was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a blow against the Days Creek Wolves, falling 59-25. While losing is never fun, Pacific can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 276th, while Days Creek is ranked 117th).

Pacific's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Days Creek, they pushed their record up to 12-6 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pacific will head out to take on Camas Valley at 7:30 p.m. on February 1st. As for Days Creek, they will head out on the road to challenge Yoncalla at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
