Flag Football Recap: Green Mountain Skates Past Standley Lake with Ease + How To Watch

The Green Mountain Rams humbled the Standley Lake Gators with a 50-6 victory. With the Rams ahead 32-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Marissa VanGuilder had another great game (as she tends to do), picking up 158 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Those 158 receiving yards gave her a new career-high.

Green Mountain didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Maddie Amolsch.

The win made it two in a row for Green Mountain and bumps their season record up to 6-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 points in those games. As for Standley Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-4.
