Baseball Recap: Weston Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Weston's offense. They came up short against the De Soto Pirates on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The Silver Eagles have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Weston now has a losing record of 7-8. As for De Soto, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Weston will take on rival North Crawford at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, De Soto is set to challenge their familiar foe La Farge at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
