Soccer Game Preview: Reagan vs. Belen Jesuit

The Reagan Bison will head out on the road to challenge the Belen Jesuit Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Reagan is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on American with a sharp 5-1 win on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what Reagan needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

They hit American with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emilio Hurtado (2), Danielle Contarino, Marcelo Perea, and Eduardo Puma.

Meanwhile, neither Belen Jesuit nor Mater Academy Charter could gain the upper hand on Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. Belen Jesuit had to tread lightly for part of the contest as Luca Falcon-Viso and Simon Parra were both handed yellow cards, which could explain the final result.

The victory got Reagan back to even at 2-2-3. With that draw, Belen Jesuit's record moves to 7-2-3.
