There's no place like home for Cedar Springs, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against the Grant Tigers by a score of 49-39 on Wednesday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Red Hawks' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 298th, while the Tigers are ranked 121st).

Cedar Springs' victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-6. As for Grant, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 10-2.
