Basketball Recap: Adamsville Comes Up Short

Adamsville lost against Scotts Hill back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Adamsville Cardinals took a 49-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Scotts Hill Lions. The contest marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Adamsville has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. As for Scotts Hill, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-7.

Adamsville will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Madison at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th. As for Scotts Hill, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Scotts Hill Lions take on the Riverside Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
