Basketball Recap: Duke Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Duke lost against Laverne back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Duke Tigers took a 52-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Laverne Tigers.

Duke's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5. As for Laverne, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Duke will be playing at home against Hollis at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Laverne has already played their next match (against Buffalo), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
