Baseball Recap: Schuylerville Horses vs. Queensbury Spartans
Schuylerville extended their losing streak to four on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 10-7-1 in the process. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Queensbury Spartans. Surprisingly, this marked the Horses' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.
Schuylerville got a good showing from Roo Delair, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Delair has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Jackson Dunbar was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Ethan Warner also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

While Schuylerville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
