Soccer Game Preview: Woodbridge vs. St. Margaret's

The Woodbridge Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the St. Margaret's Tartans at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Woodbridge came up short against Northwood and fell 3-1.

Woodbridge's goal came courtesy of Joshua Orozco, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Margaret's). They blew past Portola 3-0 on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

St. Margaret's now has a winning record of 5-4-4. As for Woodbridge, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9-4.

Woodbridge came up short against St. Margaret's when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 2-0. Can Woodbridge avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
