Basketball Recap: Antwerp Takes a Loss

Antwerp lost against North Central back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Archers fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 50-47. That's two games in a row now that the Archers have lost by exactly three points.

This is the second loss in a row for Antwerp and nudges their season record down to 1-3. Even worse, they were so close both times: the losses came by an average of only three points. As for North Central, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Antwerp and North Central will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Archers are set to take on their familiar foe Tinora at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Central will challenge rival Pettisville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
