Coventry had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They wound up on the wrong side of a tough 10-0 walloping at the hands of the Oak Park-River Forest Huskies on Monday.
For Oak Park-River Forest's part, Jordan Alioto was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched. Alioto was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.
