She tossed 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Hughes was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-5 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Hayden Stone, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3. Reece Sparkman was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 1-for-5.
