Softball Recap: Frontier Snags Eighth Win in Last Ten Games

Frontier hadn't done well against Orchard Park recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Falcons came out on top against the Quakers by a score of 3-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-4 back in April.

Frontier has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Orchard Park, their loss ended a 17-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 14-4.

Looking ahead, Frontier will head out on the road to face off against Williamsville South at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Orchard Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
