            Football Recap: Franklin County Wildcats vs. North Decatur Chargers        
        
		
        
        
            Franklin County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They put the hurt on the North Decatur Chargers with a sharp  30-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won four games by 24  points or more  so far this season.

 Wyatt Bowling had another great game (as  he tends to do), rushing for 155 yards and three  scores, while also throwing for 271 yards  while completing 77.8% of his passes. Those  271  passing yards gave  him a new career-high. A healthy portion of  Bowling's aerial production (102 yards to be exact)  went to  Mason Wewe.
 Franklin County didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited North Decatur to a completion percentage of just 38.9%. The Wildcats are  a perfect 6-0 when  they limit the passing game like that.

Franklin County's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for North Decatur, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 7-2.
 Franklin County has already played their next matchup,  a  33-14  win against Batesville on the 24th. As for North Decatur, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  56-12  victory against Greenwood Christian Academy on the 24th.
