Mansfield Legacy dropped their record down to 25-6 on Saturday, which also ended the team's 15-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Southlake Carroll Dragons, falling 11-4. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Broncos, who until this match were averaging 2.55 runs allowed.

Alexandra DiPaola and Meredith Meredith stepped up to the plate in a big way. DiPaola went 1-for-3 with one home run, while Meredith went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

As for Southlake Carroll, their victory bumped their record up to 20-13. Considering they have won 13 contests by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

On Southlake Carroll's side, Sinclaire Robinson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on eight hits.

On the hitting side, Scarlett Kuhn was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two triples, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most triples she has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Cate Stoklas, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one triple.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Mansfield Legacy beat Southlake Carroll by a score of 5-4 later that day.
