Basketball Recap: Martha's Vineyard Regional Falls to Nauset Regional in First Game of Season

Martha's Vineyard Regional unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell to the Nauset Regional Warriors 65-61. The Vineyarders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Martha's Vineyard Regional and Nantucket will compete for holiday cheer at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Nauset Regional will take on Monomoy in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
