Basketball Recap: Fort Smith P Triumphs

After only 28 points in their last game, Fort Smith P made sure to put some points up on the board against Little Rock HomeSchool on Friday. The Patriots walked away with a 56-48 win over the Flames. This was a revenge game for the Patriots: when they faced off against the Flames back in December of 2025, they had to take a 62-46 loss.

Despite the loss, Little Rock HomeSchool still got an impressive performance from Jeremiah Bell, who went 9-for-14 en route to 20 points in addition to seven assists and six steals. Bell has become a key player for the Flames: the team is 5-2 when he posts at least five steals, but 11-19 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Cranford, who posted 12 points and five rebounds.

Fort Smith P's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Little Rock HomeSchool, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-21.

Looking ahead, Fort Smith P will challenge Oklahoma City Knights HomeSchool at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Little Rock HomeSchool, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Morrilton at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th.
