Tyler Thomas had a dynamite game for Oakman, rushing for 215 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, and also picking up 57 receiving yards and a touchdown. Thomas was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 61 yards. Caden Aaron was another key player, rushing for 19 yards and a touchdown.
Oakman will take on Hale County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cordova, they will look to take advantage of their home-field for the first time this season as they take on Northside on Friday.
