Basketball Game Preview: Hazen Bison vs. Our Redeemer's Christian Knights

The Hazen Bison will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against the Our Redeemer's Christian Knights at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hazen is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Des Lacs-Burlington just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They were beaten by the Lakers 66-27. The loss was the Bison's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Our Redeemer's Christian's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Saturday. They took a 64-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bishop Ryan. The loss was the Knights' first of the season.

Our Redeemer's Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for Hazen, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-1.

Hazen came up short against Our Redeemer's Christian in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 63-59. Can Hazen avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
