Basketball Game Preview: Park Hill Trojans vs. North Kansas City Hornets

The Park Hill Trojans will venture away from home to square off against the North Kansas City Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Last Thursday, Park Hill was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 50-46 to Liberty.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Kansas City). They put the hurt on St. Michael the Archangel with a sharp 68-48 win on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

North Kansas City is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Park Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Park Hill beat North Kansas City 38-28 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Does Park Hill have another victory up their sleeve, or will North Kansas City turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
