Football Recap: Stagg Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Stagg's offense. They were beaten by the Lincoln-Way Central Knights 43-0 on Friday. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Stagg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lincoln-Way Central, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Stagg will square off against rival DeKalb at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lincoln-Way Central is set to face off against their familiar foe Lincoln-Way West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
