Volleyball Game Preview: Valor Christian Eagles vs. Ralston Valley Mustangs + Official Tickets

Valor Christian has won eight straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Ralston Valley has won eight straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Eagles will welcome the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m.

Valor Christian is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Colorado's top teams: Fossil Ridge, who was ranked first at the time (Valor Christian was ranked third). The Eagles fell 3-1 to the SaberCats on Tuesday. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Ralston Valley made easy work of Dakota Ridge on Friday and carried off a 3-0 win.

While Ralston Valley might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Dakota Ridge scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18, 25-22.

Ralston Valley's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Valor Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 13-2.

Everything went Valor Christian's way against Ralston Valley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Valor Christian made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
