Spanish Fort had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Robertsdale Golden Bears by a score of 2-0. The Toros have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Golden Bears, too.

Spanish Fort easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-12.

Natalie Maxwell paced Spanish Fort's offense, picking up five kills. Maxwell got some help from Cailyn Boykin and her 16 assists. Miranda McEvoy controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Spanish Fort's win bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Robertsdale, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Coincidentally, Spanish Fort and Robertsdale will both be playing St. Paul's Episcopal the next time they take the court. The Golden Bears will head out to face the Saints at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Toros will play them later in the day, at 6:30 p.m.
