Carlsbad waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Rancho Bernardo Broncos 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 7th.

While Carlsbad won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23, 25-17.

Carlsbad's win bumped their record up to 21-8. As for Rancho Bernardo, they dropped their record down to 12-17 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.

As of now, neither Carlsbad nor the Broncos have any future games scheduled.
