Football Game Recap: Webster vs. North Border [Eureka/Bowdle/Leola/Frederick]

Webster put the finishing touches on their 7th blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They put a hurting on North Border [Eureka/Bowdle/Leola/Frederick] to the tune of 42-0. Webster were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Junior Braden Holland was the offensive standout of the match for Webster, as he rushed for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse senior Tristen Bent, who racked up ten tackles.

The victory was the 3rd in a row for Webster raised their record to 7-2. North Border [Eureka/Bowdle/Leola/Frederick] are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.
