Basketball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Mountain View Thunder were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 50-44 to the Garfield Bulldogs.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Garfield, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season.

While Mountain View had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on March 11th.
