Volleyball Recap: Triad Math and Science Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Triad Math and Science Academy and Phoenix Academy squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Triad Math and Science Academy had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Firebirds. The Bengals haven't had much luck with the Firebirds recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-9, 25-11.

Triad Math and Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Phoenix Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-16.

Triad Math and Science Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Phoenix Academy, they will challenge Clover Garden School at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
