Soccer Recap: Ponderosa Takes a Loss

Ponderosa fell victim to Christian Brothers and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Christian Brothers Falcons. The Bruins were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Ponderosa's loss dropped their record down to 6-5-1. As for Christian Brothers, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-5-3 and their overall record up to 6-7-6.

Ponderosa will be playing in front of their home fans against Rio Americano at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Christian Brothers, they are taking a road trip to challenge Bella Vista at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
