Collegiate has gone 9-1 against Saint Gertrude recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Cougars will take on the Gators at 4:30 p.m. Collegiate will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.

Collegiate's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past St. Anne's-Belfield 4-0. Considering Collegiate have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit St. Anne's-Belfield with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brooke Vitek, Ryan Lewis, Francesca Ascari, and Evie Goodwin.

Meanwhile, Saint Gertrude hasn't lost a match since March 10th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. They put the hurt on St. Margaret's with a sharp 4-1 win. The high-scoring effort was just what Saint Gertrude needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Collegiate pushed their record up to 9-0-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five matchups. As for Saint Gertrude, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1-2.

Everything went Collegiate's way against Saint Gertrude in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Collegiate made off with a 9-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
