Hamilton won the last time they faced Portola and things went their way on Friday too. The Braves came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 15-12. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Braves.

The team relied heavily on Hayden 'Chicken Joe' Boles, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Chase 'Jimmy' Rodgers, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and three runs.

Hamilton's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Portola, they dropped their record down to 5-13 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.

Coming up, Hamilton will challenge Williams at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Portola, they have already played their next contest, a 16-6 loss against Quincy on the 20th.
