Volleyball Recap: Gibraltar Takes a Loss

Gibraltar lost against Algoma on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 2-1. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gibraltar's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Algoma, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-7 record this season.

Gibraltar didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Wittenberg-Birnamwood on the 20th. As for Algoma, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Mishicot on the 20th.
