Football Recap: Leo Comes Up Short

Leo played a tough game on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the St. Patrick Shamrocks 42-8. The Lions have struggled against the Shamrocks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Having lost for the first time this season, Leo fell to 2-1. As for St. Patrick, the win made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Leo and St. Patrick will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Lions are set to face off against their familiar foe Marian Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, St. Patrick will challenge rival DePaul College Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
