Recap: Brewbaker Tech Rams vs. Park Crossing Thunderbirds
The Brewbaker Tech Rams lost against the Park Crossing Thunderbirds back in November of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Brewbaker Tech fell 58-48 to Park Crossing. Brewbaker Tech has not had much luck with Park Crossing recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Brewbaker Tech's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kevin Honer, who scored 16 points along with 6 rebounds. The game was Honer's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Johnathan Williams was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 15 rebounds.
Brewbaker Tech bumped their record down to 2-8 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Park Crossing, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brewbaker Tech will take on LAMP at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. LAMP is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Park Crossing, they will be playing at home against Lanier at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
