Basketball Recap: St. Michael Catholic Gets the Win

St. Michael Catholic hadn't done well against Gulf Shores recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The St. Michael Catholic Cardinals walked away with a 48-38 win over the Gulf Shores Dolphins. For the Cardinals , this counts as revenge for the 33-21 victory the Dolphins walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

St. Michael Catholic's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Gulf Shores, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

St. Michael Catholic will take on Houston Academy in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gulf Shores, they will venture away from home to square off against Theodore at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
