Volleyball Recap: Saanvi Agarwal and Renna Chow Secure Win for Eastlake + How To Watch

Eastlake's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Sammamish RedHawks as they made off with a 3-0 win. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wolves yet this season.

While Eastlake won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-17, 25-20.

Eastlake was led to victory by Renna Chow and Saanvi Agarwal. Chow had 11 digs and four aces, while Agarwal had seven digs and two aces. That's the most digs Agarwal has posted since back in September.

They weren't the only good servers: Eastlake was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. They are a perfect 3-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Eastlake moved to 3-10-1 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Sammamish, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Eastlake and Sammamish could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Wolves will take on Woodinville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (262 vs. 129). Meanwhile, Sammamish (ranked 295th) will meet Mercer Island (ranked 91st) at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
