Football Recap: Marshall Christian Academy Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Marshall Christian Academy can now relate to. The contest between the Stallions and the First Assembly Christian Lions didn't end well, with the Stallions falling 44-25. The Stallions have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Bryce Sasser had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 349 yards and five TDs while picking up 10.0 yards per carry for First Assembly Christian. Those 349 rushing yards gave Sasser a new career-high.

Marshall Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for First Assembly Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

As of now, neither Marshall Christian Academy nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
