Soccer Recap: Irving Comes Up Short

Irving was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Richardson Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly three goals.

Irving's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Richardson, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Irving will host Nimitz at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Richardson, they will square off against Pearce at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pearce's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Richardson's offense will have their work cut out for them.
