Recap: Nandua Warriors vs. Granby Comets
The Nandua Warriors had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They snuck past Granby with a 64-59 victory on Saturday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Nandua got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nazere Blake out in front who scored 15 points. Blake continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Ny'Zir Dix, who scored 13 points.
Nandua's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Granby, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-7.
Nandua will square off against Holmes at 4:30 p.m. on January 15th. As for Granby, they will head out on the road to face off against Norcom at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
