Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ohio Valley Christian). They put the hurt on Parkersburg Christian with a sharp 56-32 win on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Despite the loss, Parkersburg Christian saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kenzi Lucas went 7 for 16 on her way to 15 points and six rebounds. Shianne Posey was another key player, putting up six points.

The win (which was Ohio Valley Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 4-1. As for Parkersburg Christian, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Ohio Valley Christian will head out to square off against Elk Valley Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkersburg Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hannan at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
